Whether you are looking for management of a colocated box or general helpdesk type support, we can help you.

We are able to provide SLA agreements to support your company, no matter what it's size and needs are.

Co-location Server Management

We can look after your server for you. This will save you visits to the data centre to fix your box, install patches, re-install Operating systems, etc.
The price includes up to a maximum of 2 hours work per month.

This service can be split across customer machines that are hosted within Naglotech racks, so if you have a 1/4 rack, we can split the time across all servers in your rack, depending on which machines may need maintenance.

This service has to be paid upfront at the same time as your monthly  colocation bill and is only available for Naglotech customers.

Dedicated Server Support

This is provided free with all our dedicated servers.

You are entitled to free reboots, and any support related to the OS, Network and Hardware.

Although we will try our best to assist customers with other problems, we cannot guarantee solutions. For our customers wishing to resell games on our dedicated servers, we have a large library of games available that we can set up on the server for you.

Business PAYG Support

What is Pay as you go support?

Assume you didn't think you needed a Co-Location management plan. You are away on holiday and your server has just died. Your customers are not happy and you need something done and quickly.

You can purchase a ticket from Naglotech to sort the problem out.
We have 3 pricing structures based on the urgency required of the job.

Price
Priority 3 - £60 per hour (Response time 48 hours)
Priority 2 - £80 per hour (Response time 24 hours)
Priority 1 - £100 per hour (Response time 8 hours)

SLA Support

This support product is more designed for local smaller companies in Essex that don't have their own IT staff. We can provide you with someone to call when you have problems or questions, a small web hosting package, with an admin appointed to make your changes, fortnightly visits to make sure your machines have the latest patches for Anti Virus, Operating system, etc.

This system allocates a maximum of 4 hours per month, split across the above services.
